Roster Consultant of UNDP and ILO. PhD in Non-Formal Education (USA) with Masters in Public Administration and Educational Administration from the University of Dhaka including specialized training and certification on PRINCE-2, TAFE Level4 (Australia), DACUM (Ohio State University, USA) and Skills Development Academy (ILO-ITC, Turin Italy). His articles published in Bangladesh Institute of Development Studies and Bangladesh Open University Journals. He wrote book on Office Management approved and published by Bangladesh Technical Education board (BTEB). More than 25 years’ experience in Education, skills development, TVET, Non-Formal Education and Core Skills in Bangladesh, Sudan, India and Philippines. Worked with UN agencies, (ILO, UNDP), Asian Development Bank, Universities, INGOs and donor funded projects including DFID, USAID/OFDA, WB, and European Union funded projects.
